The following individuals and organizations offer mindfulness training. I am not affiliated with any of them and don't endorse particular programs; please contact them directly for more information.  


After the online-only courses, teachers and organizations are listed by the country where they're based, which currently includes AustraliaCanadaDenmarkIreland, Malta and UK, and the United States.  Many of these programs  also offer training internationally and/or online.  (I am working on making this list easier to navigate; thanks for your patience.)

Shakti BurkeJoyful Mind

Shakti Burke trained as a yoga instructor at Bihar School of Yoga in India and at Satyananda Yoga Academy in Australia in the 1980s and early 90s.  She’s been teaching components of mindfulness since 1987, via yoga and meditation classes, and began delivering stand-alone mindfulness courses in 2011.
