Quick Sanity Breaks (Infographic)

I was talking to a teacher friend recently, and she said her initial reaction to the [old] Mindful Teachers slogan was:

"A balanced life in and out of the classroom?!  I have no balance.  I have no life outside of work."

I realized that's true for wa-a-ay too many people I know.  So I decided to create this infographic of quick mindfulness breaks.  

The busier your schedule, the more important it is to take a couple of minutes to clear your head and take care of yourself.
