Continuing with the popular series of Video Playlists for Teachers and Teacher Trainers, here are a variety of guided routines to help you reduce stress and tension.
Not everyone has the same response to guided meditation, especially if you’ve experienced trauma and/or you suffer from severe anxiety. If you feel more anxious while meditating, try keeping your eyes open or try some mindful movement instead.
