Continuing with the popular series of Video Playlists for Teachers and Teacher Trainers, here are a variety of gentle standing yoga and stretching routines to help you relieve stress and take care of your body.
These videos are all suitable to most levels of fitness, but please use your common sense. Don’t do anything that causes pain, and follow guidelines from your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition that impacts your movement.
