Here are some mindfulness, meditation, and yoga videos you might want to try:
if you or your students are d/Deaf or hard-of-hearing,
or
if you tend to get distracted by spoken instructions and commentary.
Some of the videos have sounds or music playing in the background. I've provided a brief description for d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing folks in case you're curious, but the sound isn't at all necessary to follow the practices.
Meditation Videos
Breathe in and out as the shape expands and contracts.
Sound: None/silent
Breathe in and out as the shape expands and contracts.
Sound: light, sweet music that reminds me of bubble gum.
Take deep mindful breaths while watching the movement of the water.
Sound: The waves hitting the shore have a rushing water sound; it reminds me of turning on a shower.
A candle is lit at the beginning and blown out at the end, as a visual alternative to a meditation bell.
Sound: This video is silent except for a puff of air at the end when the candle is blown out.
Videos for Contemplation
The next three videos are quite long (from 1 hour to 8 hours), but of course you could just watch for a few minutes if you prefer.

Snow Falling on a Lake (and a few birds)
